Chloe is outgoing, seemingly always having a positive attitude.  She also enjoys good mysteries and making new friends.  She does not like to talk about her childhood, though.

Family

History

Chloe grew up on Alpha Centauri IV with her mother and father.  Not much is known about her childhood as she has declined on every occasion to discuss it.  However, at the age of 10, she ran away, stowing away on a freighter.  The freighter captain soon discovered her and took pity on her and decided to adopt her.  For the next three years, Chloe traveled across the Alpha and Beta Quadrants.  At the age of 18, however, Chloe decided that she wanted to give Starfleet a try, but not deal with the Academy.  Therefore, she enlisted into Starfleet. Chloe was trained in communications and logistics.  In 2379, Chloe graduated from the Starfleet Boot Camp and Training Center.  She was assigned to the USS Roanoke as a Communications Technician.  She was good at the job due to her years aboard a freighter, but found the work boring.  In 2380, she served as an Event Coordinator on Outpost 295.  In 2382, she was assigned to the USS Intervision as the Captain McTaggert's Yeoman and Morale Officer.
